Pair this creamy tagliatelle with my pan-seared salmon for a complete dinner.
Step by step
Method
Place the salmon fillets in a bowl. Add the olive oil and finely chopped garlic, then coat the salmon well on all sides.

Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper. Drizzle over the honey and coat the fillets evenly in the seasoning.

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the salmon skin-side down first and sear until the skin is golden and crispy. Turn and sear the remaining sides until the salmon is cooked through and beautifully caramelised.

Remove the salmon from the pan and serve immediately. Pair it with my Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Tagliatelle for a complete dinner.

Cook's tip ♡
Start with the salmon skin-side down and leave it undisturbed while it crisps. Avoid moving it around too much - once the skin is properly seared, it should release from the pan much more easily.
